1. Do I need to have good credit to qualify for any of your car finance programs? Yes. You need to have a credit score of, there or about, 640 or better.

2. Do I need to obtain my vehicle from you to get financing from you? No. We can provide financing or re-financing on your collector car regardless of where or when you purchased it.

Cash-outs do carry some limitations . We will need a recent certified appraisal on all Cash-outs.

3. What type of cars do you specialize in? We specialize in super exotics, high-end, ultra luxury, muscle, classics, hotrods and vintage sports cars.

4. Do you have a vehicle locate service for collector cars?  Yes. We can help you acquire the car you are searching for through our nationwide network of collector cars.

For your convenience, if you are obtaining a new or pre-owned lease or loan through MotorCars Financial we will be glad to locate the vehicle of your choice, at fleet discount pricing, and deliver it to your home or office. .

5. I live out of state, can I still finance through you? Yes.  We process leases and loans nationwide from the comforts of your home or office via telephone and email.

6. Can you provide me with a transport service if the car is too far for me to travel and take delivery? Yes. MotorCars Financial has a system in place we subscribe to, that is sort of like an eBay® for truckers, where the drivers are able to bid for your load. The transport professionals we use can supply us with many delivery options for you, to your home or office. Such as enclosed containers to protect your investment, even while carrying your vehicle to you.

Enclosed trailers will usually share a premium fare and the transport service fees may also vary among products that each of the different individual car carrier service company’s offer. Delivery fees are also subject to vary due to the market value. Such as load value and fuel.

7. Is it safe to buy a car across the country without traveling to see the car first? Most of our banks will send an appraiser/inspector to check the car out before funds are sent out to the seller. This provides assuredness to you on your investment and the bank's collateral as well.

If you need an appraiser for a car you would like us to locate or a car you have located and you are paying cash for your new investment, we will gladly refer you to one of our several nationwide appraisal vendors.

8. Do you offer any type of vehicle warranty? Yes. We have a warranty product that basically extends the warranty the car came from the factory with. 9. How does a finance broker help me get the right financing I personally need? In most occasions, with your good credit we can have you qualified for the car you want within about 24 hours. While most banks will ask you for 20%-30% down payment, as their standard banking policy, we have an ongoing daily personal relationship with the credit buyers of many variable lending institutions; enabling us to overcome many loan process challenges the under qualified order takers, of today's banking institutions, just don't have the authority to perform. Such as less down payment or a more flexible term. Including, but not limited to, 100% financing, state sales tax, transport delivery, warranties, administration, loan origination, and documentation fee reimbursement. i. GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT -  If we are locating and or delivering a car for you, we will need a Good Faith Deposit.  There also will be a Good Faith Deposit required to secure all leases, regardless if you or us are locating or delivering the vehicle.

All good faith deposits are needed to be paid up front before we will begin to do a nationwide search for your new purchase or lease.

This deposit is fully refundable, should we be unable to secure financing, find the car you are looking for or can't do the trade-in, for whatever the reason may be on our behalf.

ii. NO RISK APPLICATION FEE* - There will be a $49.00 application fee due before the client's credit application will be submitted to any of our lending institutions. The application fee will be subtracted from your loan origination fee, if the application is approved by one of our lending institutions.

*This non-refundable fee will cover expenses incurred due to credit reports, pre-approval authorization and personal identity theft prevention. MotorCars Financial is an internet based business and in a world of internet fraud, we know you have worked hard to build your credit rating up to your standards and above, we want to make sure you are whom you are and no one is out there using your good credit.
 
** LET’S GET STARTED WITH THE APPLICATION PROCESS **

If, for any reason, the application is turned down by any of our lending institutions, MotorCars Financial, LLC recommends Omega Credit Repair and Counseling Services of McKinney, Texas to help you resolve any credit issues you may have. No matter where you live in the USA, these guys are very good at what they do.  

iii. LOAN ORIGINATION FEE - If you are applying for car financing and we are processing the finance documents for existing capital, a car you have personally located or we are locating the vehicle for you at fleet pricing, there will be a loan origination fee.

*Indirect means MotorCars Financial does not produce your loan/lease contracts in house.

Vehicle loan amounts up to $54,900.00 are processed for a fee of $549.00; amounts over $54,900.00 will be calculated at 1% of the financed amount.

MotorCars Financial does not collect a Loan Origination fee on Leases, but all leases do require a $500.00 Good Faith Deposit. The Good Faith Deposit will be subtracted form your total out of pocket expenses, which will be due at time of lease inception.

 All loan origination fees for long term financing are due at time of approval, even for pre-approval status.  if you want to get an approved loan prior to you or us locating your new purchase, the loan fees are due at time of your approval regardless if we or you have not located the vehicle as of yet. Auction purchases are included as well.

Once we have all the information and documents we need from you to process your arranged financing, we will notify you by email and phone with all the pertinent information pertaining to your approved loan or lease once we have an approval. You may pay your deposit/fees by credit card. Once your fees have been paid your contracts will come to you via email or over night delivery.

All fees will need to be paid in full before actual vehicle finance contracts can be sent out on your behalf.

CANCEL PROCESS PROCEDURE- Our vehicle finance brokerage service is to provide you with approved financing. Once the financing is approved such services are rendered. If you decide during the loan process cycle that you no longer wish to use our services, you must contact us via email so we can have a STOP LOAN PROCESS NOTICE IN WRITING. If you fail to do so before we have a loan approval, you will be charged for the loan, once we have a loan approval all services are rendered. There is no refund. An in-house credit will be issued for your loan process fee collected. This credit will not exceed past 90 days.

MotorCars Financial, LLC subscribes to Credco to obtain your credit file from the all three main credit reporting agencies. We pull an Auto Credit related report as well as other finance responsibilties you may carry. We also report all unpaid balances on your behalf to OldDebt.com.

NOTE: Most of our loan approvals are good for 30 days. Due to some of the provisions from a few of our lending institutions the application process will have to start over again after 30 days. The Application Fee will need to be collected again if the 90 day fee extension expires.
